Your contractual relationship with us and with third parties
In entering and sending an enquiry, you are charging us with the task of arranging services from Dertour and/or from a third party, such as a hotel, for your own event. You may withdraw your enquiry to us at any time without incurring any charge.
Enquiry and booking
Once your enquiry has been entered into the system, it will automatically be transmitted to Dertour and/or to the service provider. Dertour and/or the service provider will prepare a suitable offer on the basis of your enquiry or else issue a refusal. The enquirer will receive an automatically generated e-mail containing the relevant offer or refusal.
If you decide to book an offer, a binding contract will be established between you and Dertour and/or the service provider. When your acceptance is transmitted, your personal data necessary for the staging of the event in question will be forwarded at the same time.
Liability
Contracts concluded will be governed by the conditions contained in the offer including any limitations to liability which may have been agreed.
With the exception of liability for damage to life, limb and health, claims for compensation arising as a result of our agency services against us or against our representatives or vicarious agents are excluded insofar as we or our representatives or vicarious agents do not act with intent or in a grossly negligent manner and insofar as there is no breach of contractual obligations essential to the fulfilment of the contractual purpose. Any liability, except liability for acting with intent, is limited to the damages foreseeable at the time when the contract was concluded.
