Gengenbach in the Kinzigtal valley in the Middle Black Forest, 10 km south of Offenburg; A 5 exit Offenburg (No. 55) 180-880 meters above sea level 11,000 inhabitants. Continue over the B33 towards Villingen-Schŵenningen, exit Gengenbach-West. Follow towards the city centre. Hotel is signposted.

Arriving by public transportation

Gengenbach is two hours long with the Schwarz zwaldbahn line Karlsruhe Hbf – Constance and hourly, half-hourly in rush hour, with the SWEG line Bad Griesbach-Offenburg – the city of joy of Hbf. The train station provides easy access to the city centre.
