Turn right onto the Parkway around Logan Circle, remaining in the outside lane. Make a right onto Winter Street off of the exit and follow it to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Make a right onto the Parkway and follow it around the Logan Circle, remaining in the outside lane.
