Our third Berlin site is situated directly at the landmarked Humboldthafen in the government district

Berlin Mitte. The building´s exquisite location by the River Spree within walking distance of the central station makes it particularly attractive for special conferences and events, but also a prestigious office address.

On a surface area of 4,800 m² we offer our customers, business partners and guests facilities that include an ample conference landscape where they can go about their day-to-day in peace and quiet. The office spaces can also be flexibly combined, so large project teams are able to make use of a flexible work environment as required. One distinct feature is the fact that some offices have their own balcony, and there is also an outdoor terrace with a view of the banks of the River Spree.
