Hotel Weisses Ross is the Allgäu region’s only certified 4-star hotel that runs solely on solar power.

All of our kitchen’s produce is sourced from less than 30km away. Our pork, beef and veal comes from local farms that care for their livestock and our freshwater fish is raised in the Iller Valley and is fed only GMO-free products. Our turkey and chicken are free-range and free of antibiotics.

As a result, we have received the Bavarian state government’s environmental award (Bayerischer Umweltpreis).

And we are proud to be the only hotel in Memmingen to be recommended by Marco Polo Travel.

The conference hotel in the heart of Memmingen

Whether it is a conference, a meeting or a festivity that you are planning, the function rooms in the Hotel Weisses Ross will ensure the perfect setting for your needs.
Eight multifunctional rooms, with free Wi-Fi and natural daylight will make your conference a success. The rooms – equipped with state-of-the-art technology – are all on one level with a separate entrance and provide the ideal way to discretely hold a celebration or a conference on a large scale.

Conference participants can park their cars free of charge in the hotel car park (Kalchstrasse 31) or in the multi-storey car park in Krautstrasse (100 m away).

Our conference rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Projectors and darkening facilities are also available, as are pinboards, flipcharts, presentation equipment and a powerful ventilation system.
