Our restaurants and spa are very popular so to avoid disappointment, please make dining reservations or book spa treatments before you arrive. Private boat hire is available from the hotel, please book with the hotel prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The hotel is an entirely non smoking property. Leftbank closed Sunday evenings. The Lock Bar and Kitchen is closed Saturday lunchtime. The outdoor pool and toddlers splash area is open to residents from mid May to early September and does not operate at the same times as our spa. The hotel will confirm opening times for your stay directly to you in writing. The last entry will be half an hour before closing. Please note that the outdoor pool is a constant depth of 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) so children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The hotel reserves the right to close the outdoor pool at any time without prior notice. Please note that once you have checked out of your room, regretfully as the health & fitness spa is a members and residents only club, the spa facilities will no longer be available to you, unless a late departure is agreed in writing by prior arrangement with the reservations team. However, you are more than welcome to continue to use all our restaurants and bar facilities.
