The Phénix Hôtel is located in the 5th arrondissement, on the banks of the Saône. It is very close to Saint-Jean cathedral, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, the Cité internationale convention centre and the famous Tête d´Or park. The Place des Terreaux and the Musée des Beaux-Arts are also close to the hotel.

In the 1500s, Le Phénix was the holiday resort of many famous people, including the Governor of Lyonnais, Forez and Beaujolais. The hotel has its own private car park. The Saint-Antoine public car park is just a few hundred metres from the hotel. Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to suit guests´ schedules.
